Tertiary Practicum Placements
WAAMH accepts student placements from Tafe and University to help with general administrative work, specific events and special projects. Students will gain valuable insight into community mental health, learn new skills, and benefit from the experience of dedicated professionals within our team. Through their contribution to WAAMH, students have the opportunity to be a part of flagship community events and leading projects, whilst earning credits towards their degree / diploma.

Any degree or study relevant to the following disciplines may find a suitable placement within WAAMH, subject to staff availability and our requirements at the time:
- Health Promotion
- Public Relations, Journalism, Communications and/or Media
- Event Management
- Social Policy
- Psychology and Human Sciences
