CMHA weighs in on NDIS rollout

Community Mental Health Australia has called on the Coalition Government to honour its commitment to the full rollout of NDIS, amidst growing concern fiscal pressures could push the scheme’s timeline back.

CMHA president Paul Senior said the government must remain patient and allow the NDIS rollout to proceed according to the agreed timeframe, and remain flexible regarding cost to ensure people with disability, including those with psycho social disability, are not further disadvantaged.
