Beach Sports - Mental Health Week
This family friendly and youth-focused event set outdoors at Scarborough Beach will feature beach volleyball, beach cricket, yoga and more!
This fun day on the sand will showcase professional beach volleyball players, thanks to Volleyball WA, and encourage public participation in sport as we all Act-Belong-Commit for better mental health.
This event will be hosted by the lovely and local sports journalist Caty Price who will announce the start of each activity and interview our professional athletes.
Blaze the Perth Scorchers friendly dragon is keen to show off his cricket skills throughout the morning, so come and join us!
There will also be mental health stalls and information, free give-aways, prizes, games, activities, dancing, surfing demonstrations and beach yoga.
Thanks to the support of City of Stirling, Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority, Perth Beach Volleyball School, Perth Scorchers, Scarboro Surf Life Saving Club, Lululemon, OneWave and our event partner Volleyball WA.
We look forward to seeing you there!
