As the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic continues to impact us all, we are committed to doing what we can to support our members, the community mental health sector, our government, our teams and colleagues, people with lived experience, and the broader community to stay safe, well and connected.

How we are responding

In partnership with the Mental Health Commission, WAAMH is hosting online sector forums focused on scenario planning and operational support for mental health-specific issues in urgent response to the COVID-19 situation. These forums are focused on developing solutions and options that would enable and support service providers and the broader mental health system to play its critical role in keeping people well in the community and away from hospitals.
