The mission of the Nyoongar Outreach Service is to continually provide 'street level' early social and welfare interventions to Aboriginal people who are at risk of; Self harm Family and inter‐family violence Entering the criminal justice system Homelessness Substance abuse Mental health episodes Through leadership and in partnership with other organisations to ensure that issues and unmet needs are addressed.
