Passionate Lives exists to raise awareness of mental illness through mental health promotion and the facilitation of Mental Health First Aid courses and other Non-Accredited training. We have also published several inspiring books on mental health recovery and run regular podcasts on mental health awareness.

Passionate Lives runs nationally accredited Mental Health First Aid courses to individuals and groups, providing information and resources to help participants understand the signs and symptoms of someone falling into Depression and how to support them to get help. We also offer personal development courses and career guidance.

Passionate Lives runs events such as the Kwinana Arts Festival to raise awareness of mental illness and have published several books on personal development and recovering from Depression. We also broadcast podcasts on the subject of positive mental wellbeing and recovery from Depression.

Passionate Lives runs the Mental Health First Aid and other non-accredited self-esteem courses to raise awareness of mental illness through preventative measures. We also raise awareness of mental illness through workshops, events and podcasts on positive mental wellbeing, resilience and self-esteem.

Workplace Wellbeing
Passionate Lives runs Mental Health First Aid courses in the workplace. The Nationally Accredited course goes for two days and covers the signs of Depression and how to support someone in crisis. We offer a flexible approach and can run the course over four afternoons to minimise workplace disruption.
