APM is delivering the Personal Helpers & Mentor’s (PHaMs) Employment service in the Perth North Metro area. This is a Government-funded initiative designed to provide practical assistance to people living with a mental illness, aged 16 years and over, to help them achieve their personal goals, develop better relationships with family and friends, and manage their everyday tasks.

Who it's forFor eligibility participants must: - Have a lived experience of a mental illness (This does not have to be formally diagnosed) - Be willing to participate - Have an aspiration to Employment - Have a Centrelink Registration number Self referrals are accepted.
