Reconnect Reconnect is a free, confidential outreach support service aimed at preventing homelessness by intervening early with families and young people to stabilize their housing situation and improve their level of engagement with family/work/education/training/local community. The service provides support through individual and /or family counselling, mediation, information, education, advocacy and referral.
