Working in partnership with local government departments, Rise provides adult mental health services across the North Eastern corridor and covers suburbs from Joondalup through to Northam, including Midland and Ellenbrook. Rise provide consumers with flexible and individual service to support them to have a good life around their priorities and hopes. It works alongside users, and tailors a plan to meet their needs.
