Avenues Australia is a leading NDIS service provider specialising in supporting clients with highly complex and interrelated disability support needs. We provide Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching and Plan Management services. By staying focused on navigation and administrative services, we support our clients to effectively orientate the complex NDIS system. Service Coordination
Plan Management: As an NDIS registered provider, we support you with financial administration of your NDIS Plan. We provide Plan Management to those who are Plan Managing part or all of their NDIS Plan. Plan Management is an NDIS funded service that will give you maximum choice and control over which providers you choose, without the complexity of doing your own bookkeeping.

Psychosocial Recovery Coach: Our Psychosocial Recovery Coach service supports people living with a primary disability resulting from a mental health condition to actively engage in personal recovery by identifying and lowering barriers, building on strengths, and serving as a personal guide and mentor in implementing NDIS Plans.
