SafeHaven Mental Health Services

Our goal is to provide a place in our practice where you can experience healing mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
The first step is being in a place where you feel safe and supported.
Our job is to listen, understand and guide you toward healing. We are experienced professionals who care.

We also want to be a resource to our community, forging connections to make our little corner of the world a better place.
We seek to do this through individual, couple and family therapy, group therapy and classes.

We feel that each person deserves the best care possible, no matter what the circumstances are.
Working in Mental Health is about changing lives for the better which is why we organise community mental health programs (free or for very low costs), so everyone can get the help they deserve.
We are constantly looking for ways we can improve ourselves and our community.

Group Support Activities

The community provides many elements that are critical to mental health. That's why we offer group sessions for free or for very low costs. We offer: - Group therapy: a form of psychotherapy that involves one or more therapists working with several people at the same time. -Art Therapy: Expressing feelings through art can help people with e.g depression, anxiety, Alzheimer's or cancer. -Out & About Programs: Spending time in nature has been found to help with mental health problems.
