Our approach initially focuses on rapid symptom reduction and putting you back in control of your emotional life; over time we seek to help you achieve 'resolution' not just band-aiding and labelling. Oriental Counselling is a form of inter-personal counselling which places the individual at the centre. It is very results-oriented and aims to find solutions, reduce stuck emotional states and their effects on your physical and well-being.
