The 2024 Western Australian Mental Health Conference will be an event to remember.

Lotterywest Lived experience delegates 

Applications for subsidised tickets are now open.

If you have lived experience as a consumer, carer or family member and are unwaged or on low income, you may be eligible for a subsidised ticket to the conference, thanks to funding assistance from Lotterywest, and administered by WAAMH. This could mean you only pay 10% of the overall cost to attend the conference. You may also be able to bring your support person along with you. The conference is equipped with a calming, quiet space, the Wellbeing Zone staffed with support workers, in the event any content or discussion at the conference is distressing or triggering.

Lotterywest Regional, rural and remote delegates 

Applications for subsidised tickets are now open.

If you live in a rural, remote or regional part of Western Australia (outside of Perth and Peel regions) you may be eligible you may be eligible for a subsidised ticket to the conference, thanks to funding assistance from Lotterywest, and administered by WAAMH. This could mean you only pay 10% of the overall cost to attend the conference and we can help with travel arrangements.

Anglicare WA & RightByYou Student Scholarships 

Applications for student scholarships are now open.     

   

Conference host and peak body for community mental health, the Western Australian Association for Mental Health (WAAMH) is committed to developing the workforce of the future.

Thanks to the support of Anglicare WA and RightByYou by Neami National we are offering a limited number of student scholarships to this two-day learning and collaborative experience.
