Mutual Support and Self Help
The Hearing Voice Network WA (HVNWA) is a resource for people who hear voices and experience visions and other unusual perceptions, promoting acceptance and recovery. HVNWA offers a place for the voice-hearing community to access relevant information, training, hearing voices support groups, and specific hearing voices peer support.
Who it's forMust be willing to work on their recovery. Individual must have a sensory experience which are not always experienced as auditory and are commonly referred to as ‘hallucinations’. These may also include vision, smell, touch and other sensations).

Staffed Residential Services
RW provide a range of supported residential accommodation services provide a level of support to meet individual’s mental health needs and support individuals with a dual diagnosis. Individualised services include short, medium and long term community-supported accommodation, plus short term intensive recovery program and respite opportunities.
Who it's forFormal Diagnosis of severe and persistent mental illness – must be primary not secondary. Services available for 18-65 group. Linked in with a mental health service, a private psychiatrist or supported by a GP in the community. Must be willing to work on their recovery.

Personalised Support
RW Outreach Services engage people in the community, supporting their recovery journey through a personalised recovery plan. Includes PHaMs, ICLS, NDIS and respite. RW Albany Fellowship House (AFS) is a resource centre for community members affected by mental distress. AFS provides resources and supports for individuals, families, carers and other key supports.
Who it's forIndividual has an experience of mental distress, No formal diagnosis of severe and persistent mental illness is required for PHaMs. Must be in the catchment area for PHaMs. The ROS service tailors only for individuals exiting RW’s supported accommodation. Mental Health Commission assesses eligibility for ICLS. Must also be willing to work on their recovery.

Family & Carer Support
RW have two respite services: Carer Respite provides access to resources, education and advocacy, events and recreational activities for Carers and family. Short-term Respite is a ‘home-away-from-home’ program that allows Carers and family a break from their supportive role and gives the person they care for some space as well.
Who it's forCarer wants to engage in support services. Carer needs to be registered with Commonwealth Carelink and Respite Centres. Services available to 18-65 group. Care Recipient needs to have a formal diagnosis of a severe and persistent mental illness – must be primary not secondary.

Service Coordination
RW’s Partners In Recovery (PIR) program works to support people on their recovery journey by connecting them to the right supports. Through a collaborative system, PIR provides care coordination to connect Network Members and the consumer to provide ‘wraparound’ services.

Training programs are co-developed with contemporary professionals and the wisdom of lived experience; designed to enhance skill, knowledge and attitude.
