Participants of this course will understand what professional boundaries are, types of boundaries, and why they matter.
FREE Workshop for Full Member organisations only
Target Audience: For frontline workers in the community mental health sector.
Those who care for others need to also take care of themselves.
In this course participants will develop increased confidence in using workplace policies to support having effective boundaries and increased confidence in how to respond to breaches of boundaries. They will also have a better understanding of the complexities of ‘dual relationships’ and the need to manage these skillfully. The course will also focus on the importance of self-care and will equip participants with strategies for managing their own wellbeing and the boundaries between their work and non-work lives.
Register your interest by - 4 March 2020. Please note the course places will be shared across organisations.
The successful applicants to be advised one week prior to the commencement of the course. It is important to note, places are limited. Only applicants who can genuinely confirm they will be available to attend this free workshop are encouraged to submit an expression of interest for consideration.
