This course introduces participants to the concept of Recovery, recovery-oriented principles and the importance of balancing duty of care with the dignity of risk.
FREE Workshop for Full Member organisations only
Target Audience: For frontline workers in the community mental health sector.
Recovery is a journey that is unique to each person.
This course will guide Participants to consider the importance of a strong recovery alliance between the individual and the worker and how this influences the recovery planning process. Participants will have the opportunity to practice recovery planning skills using the SMART goal setting principles to guide the process.
Register your interest by - 3 March 2020. Please note the course places will be shared across organisations.
The successful applicants to be advised one week prior to the commencement of the course. It is important to note, places are limited. Only applicants who can genuinely confirm they will be available to attend this free workshop are encouraged to submit an expression of interest for consideration.
