This course assists workers to keep the person they are working with at the front and centre of their work.
FREE Workshop for Full Member organisations only

Target Audience: For frontline workers in the community mental health sector.

People are people and are more than their mental health diagnoses.

The individual is positioned as the expert in their own lives and workers are encouraged to approach all tasks from the perspective of meeting the individual’s needs in a way that works for that individual.  Additionally, this course will focus on how to build recovery alliances with individuals, their families and significant others in their lives.
