Mental Health Rights & Recourse
The Mental Health Rights & Recourse forum will explore the rights of consumers, carers and service providers across the mental health landscape and the recourse for these rights from lead agencies.
WAAMH has received feedback from its members, people with lived experience and other members of the community on the need for education and information around consumer, carer, family member and service provider rights accessing mental health services, and the recourse for these rights. In response to this, WAAMH is running the Mental Health Rights and Recourse forum on 2 June 2017.
The forum is intended to provide everyone with an opportunity to learn and contribute.

The Mental Health Rights & Recourse is provided by the WA Association for Mental Health in partnership with the Office of the Chief Psychiatrist, Mental Health Advocacy Service, the Mental Health Tribunal, Consumer of Mental Health WA, HelpingMinds, MHM2 and Health Consumers Council.
