Registrations

Registrations for the forum open on 13 January 2017 and close 28 April 2017. 

There are limited subsidised places available for people with lived experience.

To apply for a subsidy, please ensure you are someone who identifies as a consumer, carer or family member and are self-funded. Self-funded is where an individual is paying personally and is not funded by an organisation, business or public entity.

  • Two-day Registration

      (Staff, board or others representing a business, organisation, government, tertiary institution, parliamentarians or not-for-profit).

    • Day ONE ONLY Registration (4 May 2017)

        (Staff, board or others representing a business, organisation, government, tertiary institutions, parliamentarians or not-for-profit).

      • Day TWO ONLY Registration (5 May 2017)

          (Staff, board or others representing a business, organisation, government, tertiary institutions, parliamentarians or not-for-profit).

        • Lived Experience Registration

          (Have a lived experience of mental illness as a consumer, carer or family member and are self-funded, that is paying for the registration personally).

        Networking Event

        Join us for a Networking event on Thursday, 4 May 2017 at 4:15pm. The networking event provides an informal opportunity in a relaxed and comfortable environment for peers and leaders in the field to discuss the day's events and support one another in the challenge of eliminating restrictive practices.         Forum Dinner

        The forum dinner is a special event and will be hosted at the Matilda Bay Restaurant on Thursday, 4 May 2017 at 6.30pm. Providing an opportunity to have dinner with the keynote speakers and steering committee, in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Click here for more information.
