    LIVIN Big Challenge Fun Run / Walk

    Mental health promotion charity, LIVIN advocates healthy living for a healthy mind, and has organised a community walk or run challenge around Lake Monger to raise awareness and help improve mental health and wellbeing. 

    All proceeds will go towards LIVIN to assist with education programs such as LIVINWELL – a stigma reduction and empowerment program designed to enhance mental health literacy and understanding around mental health challenges and suicide preventive measures.
