WAAMH is continuing to monitor and follow updated advice from State and Federal Governments in relation to COVID-19.  We ask people to regularly check the advice and regulations at:  https:www.wa.gov.au/government/coronavirus-covid-19

Face to Face training returns in September and we are also delighted to introduce a new suite of online training courses as part of our Interactive Learning Stream (ILS). ILS comprises of a selection of interactive learning sessions that provide access to high quality, engaging training that retains all the richness of face to face delivery.  Our facilitators skillfully  use online platform features to enable participants to engage in small group discussions and exercises to reinforce learning and skills development.

Recognising that engaging via an online platform can be demanding, there are two components to each course.  Each 3 ½ hour component takes place on a separate day. To help participants to prepare for their learning experience, we also often provide pre-reading material to provide a basis from which to undertake the training.
Our interactive learning sessions are delivered by two experienced and skilled facilitators and we also provide technical support to make the online experience as stress-free as possible.  We are hopeful that our new ILS will provide an affordable and accessible training option to all our stakeholders who are seeking to develop their mental health knowledge and skills.

All WAAMH courses can also be delivered onsite at your workplace. To learn more about this service, click here.
