    Designed to promote ‘human flourishing’, Positive Psychology Tools encourages participants to incorporate a range of practical tools into their daily lives to build and maintain resilience and a sense of wellbeing.

    Founded by psychologist Martin Seligman, Positive Psychology is an evidenced based approach to creating wellbeing by building a satisfying life through meaning, pleasure, engagement, positive relationships and accomplishment. 

    The resource book accompanying this course contains a vast array of tools and strategies for participants to draw on to help promote their own sense of wellbeing or to use with a person they are caring for.

    Scholarships:

    There are two scholarship places available for consumers or carers who face financial difficulty in attending this course. Scholarship applications close 10 business days prior to a course and the successful applicants will be notified five business days prior to commencement of the event.
