It introduces a range of intentional activities to increase well-being and positive feelings, in the context of real life.

    • Rethinking thoughts
    • The Pleasurable Life - (Positive Emotions)
    • The Engaged Life - (Flow & Mindfulness)
    • The Meaningful Life - (Meaning & Purpose)
    • The PERMA model
    • Wellbeing tools.

    Scholarships:

    There are two scholarship places available for consumers or carers who face financial difficulty in attending this course. Scholarship applications close 10 business days prior to a course and the successful applicants will be notified five business days prior to commencement of the event.
