With a networking event and entertainment from Singer/Song writer Mel Kay from Liberte, it is sure to be a great night!

A showcase of Recover Story talking skills from participants in WAAMH's Recovery Stories course!

Join us for a compelling night out, as our diverse range of speakers celebrate their recovery story journey's.

This heavily subsidised night of live entertainment, features a tapestry of stories about recovery, hope and optimism. Reclaiming our personal stories to illuminate and share our journeys together!

Our lived experiences are diverse and rich and we all see these experiences in different ways, so come along and help celebrate our speakers.

The night will begin with a finger food networking with a performance by Singer/Song writer Mel Kay. Mel Kay studied music performance for four years at WAAPA being accepted into Honours. She released her first single in 2014 which received commercial airplay and was voted top ballad on CD baby. Her band Liberté was founded last year and is focused on music aimed to motivate people to know their own inner power.

This year Mel Kay & Liberte were stoked to play for over 600 people at the Perth Convention Centre for heads of Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Mel is passionate in her music reaching those who feel alone and in being a voice for the voiceless.
